Balzac Coffee
Balzac Coffee GmbH is a german coffee shop chain established in 1998 in Hamburg. The logotype has been originally devloped as a student work in a logo development competition for a pasta fast-food restaurant called „San Martino“. As this project never came alive, the logo design has been bought by the founder of Balzac coffee two weeks before the opening of the first coffee shop in Hamburg.
